At Carry Maternity, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new wardrobe; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal or email our support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RA.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
